Bilanair Syrup is an anti-allergic medicine, it treats the symptoms associated with allergic conditions in children such as watery eyes, runny nose, sneezing, hay fever, hives, itching and common cold. It is also used to treat itchy skin rashes (hives) and to relieve symptoms associated with allergic skin conditions.

Bilanair Syrup should be given once a day.
Bilanair Syrup should be given to the child on an empty stomach, one hour before the food or two hours after the food.
If the child vomits within 30 minutes after taking the medicine, let the child calm down and give the same dose again.
