Montelukast is a leukotriene antagonist.

Allerduo Tablet Uses :-
Allerduo Tablet is used for the treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis, such as sneezing and runny nose, stuffy nose, itching, swelling, and itchy or watery eyes and urticaria. To prevent cough due to asthma, to prevent difficulty in breathing.
Allerduo Tablet Dosage :-
Allerduo Tablet is a prescription medicine.
Take Allerduo Tablet as directed by your doctor.
Allerduo Tablet dosage or duration is given according to the age of the patients or the symptoms of the disease. Allerduo Tablet dosage may vary for each patient.
Allerduo Tablet should be taken usually once a day, at least 1 hour before a meal, on an empty stomach with a glass of water, or two hours after a meal. People over 12 years of age for the treatment of allergic rhinitis and urticaria.
Always take Allerduo Tablet at the prescribed time.

Like all medicines, Allerduo Tablet can cause side effects, however not everyone may experience these side effects.
Some common side effects like :

Bilastine is an antihistamine or anti-allergic medicine. Bilastine blocks the effect of a chemical messenger called histamine, which naturally helps in relieving allergy symptoms.
Montelukast :
Montelukast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist that inhibits substances called leukotrienes. Leukotriene is a substance that causes narrowing and swelling of the airways in the lungs as well as causing allergic symptoms. Montelukast Sodium improves the symptoms of asthma by blocking leukotrienes, helps control asthma and improves seasonal allergy symptoms.
Thus, Allerduo Tablet treats in reducing and relieving the symptoms of allergic and urticaria.
