It contains of a combination of two drugs.Remogliflozin Etabonate ........ 100 mg
Vildagliptin ............................... 50 mg
Remogliflozin Etabonate is an oral anti-diabetic drug.
Remogliflozin Etabonate reduces excess sugar from your body through urine.
Vildagliptin is an oral anti-diabetic drug.
Vildagliptin works by increasing the amount of insulin produced by our body.
This medicine ( Remogliflozin Etabonate & Vildagliptin ) is also used along with other diabetes medicine.
When using this medicine ( Remogliflozin Etabonate & Vildagliptin ) with a healthy diet and exercise, it helps a lot in controlling blood sugar.
Remo V 100/50 mg Dosage :-
This medicine ( Remogliflozin Etabonate & Vildagliptin ) is a prescription medicine.
Take it as directed by your Diabetologist doctor. The dosage varies for different patients. It should be consumed with food or after meals with the advice given by me or your doctor.
Do not change the dose or consult 2 or more doses at the same time without consulting your doctor. And always try to take this tablet at fixed time.
Always take this tablet, even if you feel well or if your blood sugar level is controlled. Do not stop taking without consulting your doctor. Otherwise, your blood sugar level may increase again. Do not stop taking this tablet without asking your doctor. Because treatment for diabetes is lifelong.

Remogliflozin Etabonate 100 mg reduce the amount of glucose in the blood. And this medicine works by controlling the level of sugar in blood and help in reducing the level of blood sugar.
Vildagliptin -
Vildagliptin works by increasing the amount of insulin produced by our body. It also reduces the amount of glucagon produced by Pancreas. Glucagon causes your liver to produce more sugar, so by reducing the amount of glucagon in your body, it also helps reduce the sugar level in your blood.
Vildagliptin reduce the amount of glucose in the blood. And this medicine works by controlling the level of sugar in blood.
Thus both these drugs ( Remogliflozin Etabonate & Vildagliptin ) help in controlling and lowering blood sugar levels.
Precautions :-
Before taking this medicine, inform your doctor if you have any kidney or liver problems or an infection in the urinary tract or if you are taking (diuretic) pills.
This medicine is not intended for the treatment of type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis.
Pregnant or lactating women should also consult their doctor before taking it.
Blood pressure patients, low-salt diet and low blood pressure patients
Patients with a history of urinary tract infection, and people 65 years or older
Avoid excessive alcohol intake while taking it as it may increase the risk of some sideeffects.
