Nexovas TC 40/10/12.5 mg Tablet

Composition :-

Telmisartan ............... 40 mg

Cilnidipine ................. 10 mg

Chlorthalidone ......... 12.5 mg

Telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker.
Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker.

Chlorthalidone is a diuretic.

Uses :-

This tablet ( Cilnidipine & Telmisartan & Chlorthalidone Combination ) is used for the treatment of High blood pressure ( Hypertension ).

This tablet is a combination of three medicines used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension).

Thus reducing high blood pressure reduces the chances of future heart attack, other heart problems and stroke.

Dosage :-

This tablet ( Cilnidipine & Telmisartan & Chlorthalidone Combination ) is a prescription medicine. Take the dose and duration as advised by your doctor.

Try to take this medicine at a fixed time each day. And if you stop taking it without consulting your doctor. So your situation may get worse. Or bloodpressure may increase.

It is important to continue taking it regularly even if you feel well or if your bloodpressure is controlled. And this medicine is considered safe for long-term use.

Low blood pressure (hypotension),
Swelling of face, lips, tongue, hands and feet,
Dizziness,
Headache,
Diarrhea,

Stomach pain and many other side effects.
