Samtide Tablet is used to treat metastatic prostate cancer ( that started in the prostate and has spread to other parts of the body).
Bicalutamide is used with another type of hormone therapy called a luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone (LHRH) analog. These medicines reduce the amount of testosterone in the body. Using bicalutamide with an LHRH analog may slow or stop the growth of prostate cancer.

Bicalutamide is usually taken once a day, either in the morning or evening, with or without food. Take bicalutamide at around the same time(s) every day.
