Tresmox CV tablet is a type of antibiotic drug, which is prescribed to prevent infections caused by bacteria in the body.
Tresmox CV tablet is used to treat infections such as lungs, ears, nose, sinuses, throat, urinary tract, skin and soft tissues. 


Tresmox CV Tablet Uses :-


Tresmox CV tablet is a type of antibiotic medicine. It helps fight bacterial infections of various parts of the body such as the lungs, airways, ears, nasal sinuses, throat, urinary tract, skin, bone, joints, soft tissues and teeth.
Tresmox CV tablet will not work for infections caused by viruses including the common cold and flu.


Tresmox CV Tablet  Composition :-


Tresmox CV tablet contains -


Amoxycillin ............................ 500 mg


Clavulanic Acid .................... 125 mg


Amoxicillin is an antibiotic medicine.
Clavulanic acid is a beta-lactamase inhibitor.



Tresmox CV Tablet Dosage :-


Tresmox CV tablet is a prescription medicine, and it should be taken exactly as prescribed by the doctor.

Tresmox CV tablet dosage or duration is given according to the age of the patients or the symptoms of the bacterial infections. Its dosage may vary for each patient.

Tresmox CV tablet should be taken as per your doctor's suggestion. Tresmox CV tablet should be taken after meals as the chances of stomach upset are less. The course of Tresmox CV tablet should be completed even if you feel better because Tresmox CV tablet is an antibiotic, and skipping it in between can lead to re-infection.

Always take Tresmox CV tablet at the prescribed time.

Tresmox CV Tablet Sideeffects :-


Like all medicines, Tresmox CV tablet can cause side effects, although not everyone may experience these side effects.

Some common side effects such as -

Diarrhoea,

Nausea,

Vomiting,

Mucocutaneous candidiasis

& there can be many other side effects.


How Does Tresmox CV tablet ( Amoxycillin and Clavulanic Acid ) Work :-

Tresmox CV tablet is a combination of two medicines: Amoxycillin 500mg and Clavulanic Acid 125mg.


Amoxicillin -
Amoxicillin is an antibiotic medicine. Amoxicillin works by stopping the multiplication of growth of the bacteria responsible for the infection, and it kills the bacteria responsible for the infection.


Clavulanic acid -
Clavulanic acid is a beta-lactamase inhibitor. Clavulanic acid enhances the activity of amoxicillin against bacteria. and helps the amoxicillin to function optimally.


Thus, the Tresmox CV tablet helps to prevent the infections caused by bacteria in the body.


Precautions :-


Tresmox CV tablet during pregnancy should be used only if clearly prescribed by the physician.

Tresmox CV tablet should be used by lactating women only if clearly prescribed by the physician.

Patients with kidney disease should use Tresmox CV tablet with caution as advised by your doctor, as use of Tresmox CV tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.

Patients with liver disease Tresmox CV tablet should be used with caution as per consulting your doctor.
