Vilsure tablet is prescribed to control high blood sugar levels in type 2 diabetes mellitus for adult patients above 18 years of age.


Vilsure Tablet Composition :-


Vilsure tablet contains :

Vildagliptin .................................. 50 mg
 
Vildagliptin is an dipeptidyl peptidase 4 (DPP-4) inhibitors class antidiabetic drugs.

Vilsure Tablet Uses :-


Vilsure tablet is an antidiabetic drugs, used to control type 2 diabetes mellitus (high blood sugar levels) in adult patients above 18 years of age. Vilsure tablet is also used in combination with other diabetes medicines. Vilsure tablet can be used alone or in combination with other antidiabetic drugs.
When Vilsure tablet is used along with a healthy diet and exercise, it helps a lot in controlling blood sugar. 


Vilsure Tablet Dosage :-

Vilsure tablet is a prescription medicine. Take Vilsure tablet as directed by your doctor. Use Vilsure tablet exactly as directed by the doctor. Do not take a higher or lower dose than directed by your doctor. Vilsure tablet should be taken immediately before or with a meal. Never self-medicate or change the dosage without a doctor's advice.
Do not take 2 or more doses at the same time. And always try to take Vilsure tablet on regular schedule. Always take the tablet even if you feel well or your blood sugar level is under control. Do not stop taking without your doctor's advice. Otherwise, your blood sugar level may rise again. Do not stop taking Vilsure tablet without asking your doctor. Because the treatment of diabetes is lifelong.


How Does Vilsure Tablet ( Vildagliptin ) Work :-


Vilsure tablet contains : Vildagliptin.

Vildagliptin works by increasing the amount of insulin produced by our body. It also decreases the amount of glucagon produced by the pancreas. Glucagon causes your liver to produce more sugar, so by reducing the amount of glucagon in your body, it also helps lower your blood sugar levels. Vildagliptin lowers the amount of glucose in the blood. 

Thus Vilsure tablet works by controlling the level of sugar in the blood.


Vilsure Tablet Sideeffects :-


Like all medicines, Vilsure tablet can cause side effects, however not everyone may experience these side effects.

Some common side effects like -

Low blood sugar (hypoglycemia),

Dizziness,

Abdominal pain,

Headache,

Swollen hands and feet,

Constipation,

Sick,

Feeling tired,

and many other side effects can occur.
