Ibgliptin M 500 tablet is prescribed to control high blood sugar levels in type 2 diabetes mellitus for adult patients above 18 years of age.

Teneligliptin .................................. 20mg
Metformin Hydrochloride ......... 500mg

Teneligliptin is an dipeptidyl peptidase 4 (DPP-4) inhibitors class antidiabetic drugs.
Metformin hydrochloride is an antidiabetic medicine belonging to a class of drugs called biguanide.
Ibgliptin M 500 Tablet Uses :-
Ibgliptin M 500 tablet is an antidiabetic drugs, used to control type 2 diabetes mellitus (high blood sugar levels) in adult patients above 18 years of age.
When diet, exercise, single combination drug are not effective in controlling blood glucose levels, then combination drugs are used.
When Ibgliptin M 500 tablet is used along with a healthy diet and exercise, it helps a lot in controlling blood sugar.
Ibgliptin M 500 Tablet Dosage :-
Ibgliptin M 500 tablet is a prescription medicine. Take Ibgliptin M 500 tablet as directed by your doctor. Use Ibgliptin M 500 tablet exactly as directed by the doctor. Do not take a higher or lower dose than directed by your doctor.
Ibgliptin M 500 tablet should be taken immediately before or with a meal. Never self-medicate or change the dosage without a doctor's advice.
Do not take 2 or more doses at the same time.
Always try to take Ibgliptin M 500 tablet on regular schedule. Always take the tablet even if you feel well or your blood sugar level is under control. Teneligliptin :
Teneligliptin is an dipeptidyl peptidase 4 (DPP-4) inhibitors class antidiabetic drugs. Teneligliptin works by increasing the amount of insulin produced by pancreas. Teneligliptin works by decreasing the hormones that raise blood sugar levels in the pancreas. Teneligliptin lowers your blood sugar level, and controls the amount of glucose in the blood.
Metformin Hydrochloride :
Metformin hydrochloride is an antidiabetic drugs belonging to a class of drugs called biguanide. Metformin delays the absorption of glucose from the intestines, by reducing the production of glucose in the liver. And thus metformin works by increasing the sensitivity of the body to insulin.
Thus Ibgliptin M 500 tablet works by controlling the level of sugar in the blood.
Ibgliptin M 500 Tablet Sideeffects :-
Like all medicines, Ibgliptin M 500 tablet can cause side effects, however not everyone may experience these side effects.
Some common side effects like :
Low blood sugar (hypoglycemia),
Constipation,
Dizziness,

However, patients with severe kidney disease are advised not to use Ibgliptin M 500 tablet. Regular monitoring of kidney function tests is advised while you are taking the Ibgliptin M 500 tablet.
Liver : Caution
Ibgliptin M 500 tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Because there may be a need to change its dosage. Patients with liver disease are generally started on a low dose of Ibgliptin M 500 tablet and the use of Ibgliptin M 500 tablet is advised not to be used in patients with severe liver disease.
Alcohol : Unsafe
It is unsafe to consume alcohol while taking Ibgliptin M 500 tablet. Therefore, do not consume alcohol after taking Ibgliptin M 500 tablet.
