Odyfos powder is antibiotics medicine. Odyfos powder is used for the treatment or prevention of urinary tract infections. Odyfos powder helps in curing the symptoms of urinary tract infections and treating the infection.
Odyfos powder works by killing the bacteria causing bacterial infection in the urinary tract.
Odyfos Powder Dosage :-
Odyfos powder is a prescription medicine. Take Odyfos powder as directed by your doctor. Use Odyfos powder exactly as directed by the doctor. Odyfos powder is usually taken on an empty stomach, especially before bedtime, after emptying the bladder. Take Odyfos powder at regular intervals as per the schedule prescribed by the doctor.
Dissolve Odyfos powder in a glass of water and drink immediately, usually on an empty stomach at bedtime, 1 hour before or at least 2 hours after a meal (after emptying the bladder).
Usually this antibiotics medicine makes you feel better soon. However, you should continue taking it for the recommended duration even after you feel better.
The course of antibiotics should be completed. Do not stop taking it until you have completed its course, even if you feel well, otherwise the bacterial infection may return.

Fosfomycin Trometamol -
Fosfomycin trometamol is a broad-spectrum antibiotic.
Fosfomycin inhibits phosphoenolpyruvate transferase, an enzyme that catalyzes the formation of N-acetylmuramic acid from trometamol, N-acetyl aminoglucose and phosphoenolpyruvate.
N-acetylmuramic acid which is essential for the formation of peptidoglycan. It is an essential component of the bacterial cell wall. Fosfomycin has bactericidal action.
Thus it helps to treat or prevent infections by killing the bacteria that cause bacterial infections in the urinary tract.
