The recommended dosage of Bispec
10 tablet is once a day. If necessary, the dose can be increased to 10 mg once daily.

8. Precautions & Warnings :-
• Do not take Bispec
10 tablet if you have a allergy to solifenacin.
• Take medical attention if you come across any symptoms like skin rash, hives (painful itchy eruptions that sting), swelling (face, lips, tongue, etc.), breathing difficulty etc.
• Avoid driving or operating machines as Bispec
10 tablet is known to give rise ti dizziness or blurry vision in some people.
• Critical liver impairment :

10 tablet is absorbed and broken down in the liver. Using Bispec
10 tablet when you have a pre-existing liver problem can lead to worsening of the liver condition and other undesirable effects. Hence, Bispec
10 tablet is not prescribed for use if you already have liver problems.
• Urinary retention :
Urinary retention is a state where the patient is not able to empty the bladder. Bispec
10 tablet can higher the risk of urinary retention, hence, it is not suggested to use in this condition.
• Narrow angle glaucoma :
Narrow-angle glaucoma is a state in which the pressure inside your eyes increases. This take place when the fluids inside your eye do not drain properly dur to the spaces that have become narrow. Bispec
10 tablet can suppress the fluid drainage from the eye and can worsen your condition.
• Gastric retention :
Gastric retention take place due to the compression or narrowing of the duodenum (a part of the small intestine that connects to the stomach and take food from the stomach to the intestine). Bispec
10 tablet can higher the risk of narrowing of the duodenum and can worsen the condition. So, Bispec
10 tablet is not prescribed to use in conditions like Gastroparesis (a condition that affects the movement of muscles in the stomach) that may give rise to gastric retention.
• Pregnancy :
Bispec
10 tablet is not prescribed for use in pregnancy as there is no enough data to prove its efficacy in humans during pregnancy.
• Breast-feeding :
Extended use of Bispec
10 tablet may decrease milk production. Whether Bispec
10 tablet is passed into breastmilk is not known. Since it remains in the body for a long time, there are chances that it can be passed on to your newborn. As there is not enough data to prove its safety and efficacy in humans while breastfeeding, it is best to talk your doctor before taking this medicine.
• Use in children :
Bispec
10 tablet is not prescribed for use in children less than 18 years of age since the safety and efficacy of use are not clinically established.
• Driving or operating a machine :
Use of Bispec
10 tablet can give rise to symptoms like dizziness, drowsiness, blurred vision, etc. in some people. You should not do any activities like driving or operating machines if you undergo any of these symptoms during treatment with Bispec
10 tablet.
• Liver impariment :
Use Bispec
10 tablet with caution if you have lowered liver function. Normally, this medicine is not given in a dose exceeding 5 mg in cases of moderate liver damage. Talk to your doctor before taking the medicine.
• Kidney impariment :
Use Bispec
10 tablet with caution if you have lowered kidney function. In case of critical kidney damage, a dose exceeding 5 mg is not prescribed. Talk to your doctor before taking the medicine.
• Interactions:
All drugs does not interact same for person to person. You should check all the possible interactions with your doctor before having any medicine.
• Interaction with Alcohol :
Interaction with alcohol is not known. It is suggested to ask your doctor before consumption.

10 tablet interaction with other medicine such as Clotrimazole, Itraconazole, Clozapine, Amiodarone and Fluoroquinolones etc.
Disease interactions
• Central nervous system disorders

10 tablet can worsen the symptoms in specific medical conditions like Parkinson's disease (uncontrolled shaking or movement of the body), dementia (memory loss), etc. If you are having any of these medical conditions, your clinical condition will be nearly monitored by your doctor.
• QT Prolongation :
QT prolongation is a condition where heartbeats take place irregularly. Bispec
10 tablet alters the electrolytes levels of the body that regulate the heartbeat leading to a higher chance of developing heart failure. Your doctor will closely monitor your heart functions and electrolyte levels while you are on this
medication.
• Bispec
10 tablet can be taken orally with or without food. Do not crush, break or chew the tablet. Do not take a higher dose than ordered. It can take some time for your bladder to adapt and your symptoms to get better. Do not quit taking this medicine if you do not observe an immediate improvement in your symptoms. Bispec
10 tablet can lead to dry mouth, so try chewing on sugar-free gum or taking small sips of water. Avoid caffeine-containing drinks such as tea, coffee etc., as it will make you want to pass urine often. Your doctor can also suggest some exercises to strengthen your bladder muscles.
