Dermafine Cream Uses :-
Dermafine cream is an antifungal medicine.
Dermafine cream is used for the treatment of fungal skin infections such as, athlete's foot, jock itch and ringworm etc.
• Athlete's foot -
Athlete's foot or tinea pedis is a fungal infection of the skin on the feet and between the toes. Dermafine cream is used in the treatment of tinea pedis identified by symptoms like scaly rash, itching, burning, etc.
• Jock itch -
Jock itch or tinea cruris is a fungal infection that take place in the moist and warm areas of the body such as groins, inner thigh or buttocks identified by a red, ring-shaped and itchy rash. Dermafine cream is used in the treatment of Tinea cruris by lowering the spread of the infection.
• Ringworm infection -
Ringworm or tinea corporis is a fungal skin infection identified by a red, scaly and circular rash with clear skin in the middle on different parts of the body. Dermafine cream is used to treat this condition and cure its further spread.
Tinea Versicolor :
Tinea Versicolor is a usual fungal infection which result in small, discoloured patches on your skin. Dermafine c is used to manage tinea versicolor.
Cutaneous Candidiasis :
Cutaneous candidiasis is a skin infection caused by fungi of Candida species. It take place specially in warm and moist areas of your body. Dermafine cream is used to manage cutaneous candidiasis.
Dermafine cream works by killing the fungi by damaging its cell membrane (protective covering) and making it weaker. So, it cure the spread of fungal infections.
Directions For Use :-
Dermafine cream should be advised by your doctor.
Dermafine cream for external use only.
Dermafine cream can be applied one time or two time daily.
Cleanse and dry the affected areas fully before application of Dermafine cream . Apply the Dermafine cream to the affected skin and surrounding area in a thin layer and rub in gently.
Relief of clinical symptoms usually take place within a few days. Improper use or premature discontinuation of treatment carries the risk of recurrence. If there are no signs of improvement after two weeks, the diagnosis must be verified.

Terbinafine hydrochloride works by stopping the production of a chemical called as ergosterol, which is responsible for forming the fungal cell membrane (the protective covering of the fungi). So, it kills the fungi and stops the spread of infections. Thus, Dermafine cream treat fungal skin infections.
Dermafine Cream Sideeffects :-
Like all medicines, Dermafine cream can cause side effects, however not everyone may experience these side effects.
Some common side effects like -
• Skin itching,
• Skin peeling,
• Change in skin colour,
• Skin redness,
• Dry skin
• Burning sensation at the application site
Most of these side effects are short term and get resolved with time. Although, if any of these side effects do not resolve with time or get poor, take a doctor's consultation as soon as possible.
Precautions :-
• Avoid the use of Dermafine cream if you have allergy to terbinafine.
• Dermafine cream is meant for external use only. Apply the cream to the affected areas of the skin as ordered by your doctor. Avoid applying Dermafine cream in larger or smaller quantities than suggested. Use Dermafine cream for the suggested duration. Consult your doctor if you undergo any undesired effects that continue or get worse.
• In case of accidental contact with the eyes Dermafine cream can be irritating to the eyes.
• Pregnancy
There is no clinical experience with Dermafine cream in pregnant women, therefore, unless the potential benefits outweigh any possible risks, Dermafine cream should not be provide during pregnancy.
• Breastfeeding
Dermafine cream contains Terbinafine, is pass in breast milk. Therefore mothers should not get Dermafine cream whilst breast-feeding. Newborn must not be allowed to come into touch with any treated skin, including the breast.
• Fertility
There are no effect of Dermafine cream on fertility have been seen in animal studies.
• Dermafine cream has no influence on the capacity to drive and use machines.
• Local symptoms like pruritus, skin exfoliation, application site pain, application site irritation, pigmentation disorder, skin burning sensation, erythema and scab can take place at the site of application.
• These slight symptoms should be distinguished from hypersensitivity reactions like widespread pruritis, rash, bullous eruptions and hives which are reported in sporadic cases but need discontinuation.
• Dermafine cream is for outside use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. It can be irritating to the eyes. In case of accidental contact with the eyes, rinse the eyes completely with running water.
• There are no known drug interactions with Dermafine cream.
• The undergo with Dermafine cream in children is still limited and its use cannot therefore be suggested. Dermafine cream is not prescribed for use in children below 12 years of age due to limited safety and success data.
• There is no proof to suggest that elderly patients need different dosages or undergo side-effects different to those of younger patients.
