Clean and dry the affected area and put in the cream. Wash your hands after applying, unless hands are the affected area.
If you miss a of Metasone cream, apply it as dose fast as it is possible. Although, if it is almost time for your next dose, leave the missed dose and go back to your daily schedule. Do not double the dose.
