Dyronib 70 Tablet is used for the treatment of blood cancer (chronic myeloid leukaemia).

Dyronib 70 Tablet Composition :-

Dyronib 70 Tablet consists of : Dasatinib 70mg.
Dasatinib is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor.

Dyronib 70 Tablet Uses :-

Dyronib 70 Tablet is an anti-cancer medication. Dyronib 70 Tablet is used to treat :
- Adults with newly diagnosed Philadelphia chromosome–positive (Ph+) chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) in chronic phase (CP).
- Adults with Ph+ CML who no longer benefit from, or does not tolerate, other treatment, involving imatinib.
- Adults with Ph+ acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ ALL) who no longer benefit from, or does not tolerate, other treatment.
- Children of 1 year age & older with Ph+ CML in chronic phase.
- Children 1 year of age & older with newly diagnosed Ph+ All in mixture with chemotherapy.

Dyronib 70 Tablet Dosage :-

Dyronib 70 Tablet is a prescription medicine.
Take Dyronib 70 Tablet properly as your doctor tells you to take it. Your doctor can change your dose of Dyronib 70 Tablet or temporarily stop treatment with Dyronib 70 Tablet. Do not change your dose or stop taking Dyronib 70 Tablet without consulting to your doctor.
Do take Dyronib 70 Tablet one time a day.
Do take Dyronib 70 Tablet with food or without food, in the morning or in the evening, at the same time each day.
Do swallow Dyronib 70 Tablet tablets fully with water.
If your child cannot swallow tablets whole, talk to your doctor.
Don't cut, crush, or chew the Dyronib 70 Tablet.
It is unknown if Dyronib 70 Tablet is safe and usefull in children under 1 year of age.

Dyronib 70 Tablet Side-effects :-

The most common side effects of Dyronib 70 Tablet in adults & children receiving Dyronib 70 Tablet alone include :
• Diarrhea,
• Headache,
• Skin rash,
• Shortness of breath,
• Tiredness,
• Nausea,
• muscle pain,
These are not all the possible side effects of Dyronib 70 Tablet. Consult your doctor and if you have any new or worsening side effects.

How Dyronib 70 Tablet Works :-

Dyronib 70 Tablet contains Dasatinib.
Dasatinib is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor.
Dasatinib works by blocking the action of the abnormal protein that signals cancer cells to multiply. Dasatinib helps to stop or slow the spread of cancer cells.
Thus, Dyronib 70 Tablet treats blood cancer (chronic myeloid leukaemia).

Precautions & Warnings :-

• Consult to your doctor about all of your medical conditions, including if you have any of these medical conditions :
- Problems with your immune system.
- Heart problems, including a state known as congenital long QT syndrome.
- Low potassium or magnesium levels in your blood.
- Lactose (milk sugar) intolerance.

• Tell your doctor if you are :
Pregnant or plan to become pregnant. Dyronib 70 Tablet may harm your unborn baby.
You should not become pregnant while treatment with Dyronib 70 Tablet.

• Talk to your doctor right away if you become pregnant or think you can be pregnant in treatment with Dyronib 70 Tablet.

• You should use helpful birth control (contraception) during treatment and for 30 days after your last dose of Dyronib 70 Tablet.

• Breastfeeding or plan to breastfeed. It is unknown if Dyronib 70 Tablet passes into your breast milk. You must not breastfeed during treatment and for 2 weeks after your last dose of Dyronib 70 Tablet.

•Inform your doctor about all the medicines you take, including :
- Prescription and over-the-counter,
- Medicines,
- Vitamins,
- Antacids,
- Herbal supplements,

• If you are taking an antacid medicine, take your dose of Dyronib 70 Tablet two hours before or two hours after.

• Dyronib 70 Tablet can interact with other medicines that you are taking. This may alter the relative benefits of Dyronib 70 Tablet or cause unwanted side-effects.

• While treatment with Dyronib 70 Tablet, make sure you also talk to your doctor before you start to take anything new. Your healthcare team can help identify any potential interactions and help find alternatives.

• Do not drink grapefruit juice while taking treatment with Dyronib 70 Tablet.

• If you forget a dose of Dyronib 70 Tablet, take your next scheduled dose at your regular time. Do not take two doses at the same time. Call your doctor if you are not sure what to do.

• Dyronib 70 Tablet may give rise to fertility problems in males and females. Talk to your doctor if this is a concern for you.

• Dyronib 70 Tablet can give rise to serious side effects, including those listed below.
Inform your doctor right away if you have any symptoms of the side effects below, or any other concerns about these side effects :
- Low blood cell counts,
- Bleeding problems,
- Your body can hold too much fluid (fluid retention),
- Heart and blood vessel (cardiovascular) problems,
- Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH),
- Severe skin reactions
- Tumor Lysis Syndrome (TLS),
- Slowing of growth and development in children,
