Fibreshea Tablet is prescribed for the treatment of uterine fibroids in adult women with moderate to severe symptoms.
Fibreshea Tablet Composition :-
Fibreshea Tablet consists of : Ulipristal acetate 5 mg
Ulipristal acetate is a selective progesterone receptor modulator.
Fibreshea Tablet Uses :-
Fibreshea Tablet is used in the treatment of uterine fibroids in adult women with moderate to severe symptoms.
Those who have not reached or that uterine fibroid embolization or surgical treatment options have not been suitable or have failed.
Fibreshea Tablet Dosage :-
Fibreshea Tablet is a prescription medicine.
Take Fibreshea Tablet properly as your doctor tells you to take it.
Fibreshea Tablet (Ulipristal acetate 5mg) is taken once daily for treatment courses of up to 3 months. Fibreshea Tablet can be taken with or without food.
Treatment with Fibreshea Tablet should be started only when menstruation occurs:
- The course of first aid should be started during the first week of menstruation.
- A re-treatment course should be started during the first week of the second menstrual period only after the previous treatment course has been completed.
If you miss a dose of Fibreshea Tablet, take the dose of Fibreshea Tablet as soon as possible. If it is more than 12 hours after the missed dose, do not take the missed dose and resume the normal dose.
Fibreshea Tablet Side-effects :-
Like all medicines, Fibreshea Tablet can cause side effects, however not everyone may experience these side effects.
• Endometrial hyperplasia,
Most of these side effects are short term and get resolved with time. Although, if any of these side effects do not resolve with time or get poor, take a doctor's consultation as soon as possible.

Fibreshea Tablet consists of : Ulipristal acetate.
Ulipristal acetate is a selective progesterone receptor modulator. Ulipristal acetate modifies the action of progesterone (natural female hormone). Ulipristal acetate is used before fibroid surgery or in the intermittent (at regular intervals) treatment of fibroids. It reduces their size, stops or controls bleeding. Ulipristal acetate increases red blood cell count.
Precautions & Warnings :-
• Fibreshea Tablet is used to treat uterine fibroids or their associated symptoms, such as painful periods, heavy bleeding, and pelvic pain.
• Fibreshea Tablet significantly reduces or stops menstrual bleeding within the first 10 days of treatment. If there is heavy bleeding even after taking Fibreshea Tablet. So tell your doctor.
• Periods usually resume within four weeks of stopping ulipristal acetate treatment.
• Use a contraceptive method (such as condoms) to prevent pregnancy during treatment with Fibreshea Tablet as it may make hormonal contraception less effective.
• Your doctor may do regular blood tests to assess your liver function. Call your doctor if you have yellowing of the skin/eyes, dark urine, or abdominal pain.
