Telicm 25 Tablet is prescribed for the treatment of high blood pressure ( hypertension ).
Telicm 25 Tablet Composition :-
Telicm 25 Tablet combination of three drugs.
Telmisartan ........................... 40 mg
Cilnidipine ............................. 10 mg
Metoprolol ............................. 25 mg
Telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker.
Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker.
Metoprolol succinate is a beta-blocker.
Telicm 25 Tablet Uses :-
Telicm 25 Tablet is an antihypertensive medicine. Telicm 25 Tablet is a combination of three medicines, all of which help to control high blood pressure ( hypertension ).
Usually, when one or two medicines do not control high blood pressure effectively, these three combination medicines are effective in controlling high blood pressure, or combination medicines are used.
Thus Telicm 25 Tablet acts by different mechanisms helping to better control high blood pressure ( hypertension ).
Telicm 25 Tablet reduces your risk of future heart attack, other heart problems and stroke by lowering high blood pressure ( hypertension ).
Telicm 25 Tablet Dosage :-
Telicm 25 Tablet is a prescription medicine, and must be taken exactly as directed by the doctor.
Use it exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
Do not take more or less than was directed by your doctor.
Telicm 25 Tablet should be taken before or with food.
Never self-medicate or change the dosage without consulting a doctor.
Do not change the dosage or take 2 or more doses at the same time without consulting your doctor, and always try to take Telicm 25 Tablet on a fixed schedule.
Always take Telicm 25 Tablet at prescribed time and always, even if you feel well or if your high blood pressure level is controlled.

Precautions & Warnings :-
• Telicm 25 Tablet should not be used during pregnancy. Telmisartan can damage your pregnancy or cause injury and death in a developing fetus, when used during 2nd & 3rd trimesters of pregnancy.
• Telicm 25 Tablet should be taken at the same regular time every day.
• When you first start taking Telicm 25 Tablet, a sudden drop in your blood pressure may occur.
• Telicm 25 Tablet can cause swelling of the ankle or foot. Elevate your legs when you are sitting and consult your doctor if this swelling does not go away.
• Telicm 25 Tablet may increase the level of potassium in the blood, so avoid taking potassium supplements and foods containing potassium.
• Do not stop taking Telicm 25 Tablet suddenly without asking your doctor.
