Pause Injection is use to treat uncontrollable bleeding conditions that are seen after tooth extraction, in menstruation, hemorrhage (the release of blood from a broken blood vessel), angioedema (painless swelling under the skin) etc.

• Subarachnoid Hemorrhage :
Subarachnoid haemorrhage is a condition in which there is bleeding into the area between the brain and its outer covering because of the rupture of a blood vessel. Pause Injection is not suggested for use in such conditions as, it can worsen your health condition and cause critical side effects.
• Obstructive Blood Clotting Disorder :
Pause Injection is not suggested for use if you have clotting disorders of the heart and blood vessels as can give rise to critical side effects. The clots can also move from the place of origin and lodge in some other place.
• Pregnancy :
Pause Injection is normally safe to be used in pregnancy. It is not known to cause any harm to your foetus. However, if you are pregnant, talk your doctor before taking Pause Injection.
• Breast-feeding :
Pause Injection is also safe to be used during breastfeeding. However, if you are breastfeeding, talk your doctor before taking Pause Injection.
• Pause Injection is not suggested for use in women using hormonal contraceptives (pills, patches, vaginal rings, or injections) as it can grow the risk of critical side effects.

• Eye Disorders :
Pause Injection is not suggested for use if you have a condition where the blood vessels of your eye are blocked due to clot formation.
• Kidney Diseases :
Pause Injection can increase the risk of kidney injury if you have any kidney problems. Your doctor can recommend some tests to monitor your kidney function while you are having a treatment with Pause Injection.
• Pause Injection is known to interact with many other medicines that you can be using. Detail the use of all medications to your doctor before taking Pause Injection.
• Avoid drinking alcohol while taking Pause Injection as can increase the risk of drowsiness and dizziness.
