Fatigue
Fatigue means feeling overtired, with low energy and a strong desire to sleep that interferes with your common daily activities.

COMMON CAUSES

Fatigue can be causes that are not due to basic disease. Examples like insufficiency of sleep, heavy exertion, jet lag, a more amount meal or ageing.

TREATMENT
A daily sleep schedule, healthy diet and often exercise can help decrease fatigue. Taking less caffeine during the day and avoiding caffeine at night can also be helpfull.

• See a doctor immediately if you :
- Feel critical pain with fatigue,
- Have chest pain, an unregular heartbeat or shortness of breath,
- Experience abnormal bleeding,
- Feel faint,
- Think about suicide,
• Make an appointment to see a doctor if you :
- Have fatigue that stay two weeks or longer,
- Struggle to work or complete daily tasks,
- Feel sad or slowed down,
