Stalix DM 10/100/1000 Tablet is prescribed to control high blood sugar levels in type 2 diabetes mellitus for adult patients above 18 years of age.

Stalix DM 10/100/1000 Tablet Composition :-

Stalix DM 10/100/1000 Tablet consists of : Sitagliptin Phosphate 100 mg, Dapagliflozin 10 mg and Metformin Hydrochloride 1000 mg.

Sitagliptin is an dipeptidyl peptidase 4 (DPP-4) inhibitors.

Dapagliflozin is a sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 (sglt2) inhibitors.

Metformin Hydrochloride is a biguanide.

Stalix DM 10/100/1000 Tablet is an antidiabetic medicine. Stalix DM 10/100/1000 Tablet is used to control type 2 diabetes mellitus (high blood sugar levels) in adult patients above 18 years of age.

Stalix DM 10/100/1000 Tablet Dosage :-

Stalix DM 10/100/1000 Tablet is a prescription medicine. Take Stalix DM 10/100/1000 Tablet as directed by your doctor. 

Stalix DM 10/100/1000 Tablet can be taken with or without food, and should be swallowed whole and tablets must not be split, crushed, or chewed before swallowing.

Dapagliflozin :

Dapagliflozin works by blocking a protein in the kidney Which is called sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 (sglt2) inhibitors. SGLT2 is a protein Which absorbs glucose from the urine into the blood flow as it is filtered into the blood kidney.

By blocking the action of SGLT2, dapagliflozin causes the removal of excess glucose through urine, which reduces the level of glucose in the blood.

Sitagliptin :

Sitagliptin is a dipeptidyl peptidase 4 (DPP-4) inhibitors.

Sitagliptin helps to increase the levels of insulin produced after a meal and decreases the amount of sugar made by the body.

Metformin Hydrochloride :

Metformin Hydrochloride is an antidiabetic drugs belonging to a class of drugs called biguanide. Metformin delays the absorption of glucose from the intestines, by reducing the production of glucose in the liver. And thus metformin works by increasing the sensitivity of the body to insulin.

• Type 1 Diabetes : Stalix DM 10/100/1000 Tablet is not suggested for use in patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus.
