Tramazide D Tablet is a pain-relieving medicine.

Tramazide D Tablet Composition :-

Tramazide D Tablet consists of : Diclofenac 75 mg and Tramadol 50 mg.
• Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID).
• Tramadol is a opioid analgesics drug.

Tramazide D Tablet Uses :-

Tramazide D Tablet is used to reduce pain and inflammation in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis. Apart from these, Tramazide D Tablet is also used to relieve muscle pain, backache, toothache or pain in ear and throat.

Tramazide D Tablet Dosage :-

Tramazide D Tablet is a prescription medicine, and should be take as directed by your doctor.
Tramazide D Tablet can be taken with food to avoid stomach irritation.
Tramazide D Tablet should be swallowed whole with a glass of water. 
Do not chew, bite or break Tramazide D Tablet.
Your doctor will suggest you on how frequently you take your tablets based on your medical condition. 
You should take it daily as suggested by your doctor. 
Your doctor can change the dose and time between doses according to your pain level and your needs.
Do not take Tramazide D Tablet for longer or longer than recommended by the doctor.

Tramazide D Tablet Side-effects :-

Like all medicines, Tramazide D Tablet can cause side effects, however not everyone may experience these side effects. Some side-effect of Tramazide D Tablet :

• Vomiting,
• Nausea,
• Dryness in the mouth,
All these are not the possible side effects of Tramazide D Tablet.
Most of these side effects are short term and get resolved with time. Although, if any of these side effects do not resolve with time or get poor, take a doctor's consultation as soon as possible.

How Tramazide D Tablet Works :-

Tramazide D Tablet is a combination of two drugs : Diclofenac and TramadolDiclofenac and Tramadol combination which relieves severe pain.
Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). Diclofenac works by blocking the release of specific chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling)
Tramadol is a opioid analgesics drug. Tramadol reduces pain by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain.
Thus, Tramazide D Tablet provides relief from pain.

Precautions & Warnings :-

• Do not take Tramazide D Tablet if you are allergic to diclofenac and tramadol.
• • Tramazide D Tablet is not suitable for everyone. Therefore, before taking Tramazide D Tablet, tell your doctor if you have had any history of heart, liver, kidney or peptic ulcers (stomach ulcer).

• Before taking Tramazide D Tablet, tell your doctor about all other medicines you're taking, to make sure Tramazide D Tablet is safe for you.

• Tramazide D Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there has been evidence of adverse effects on the developing baby of Tramazide D Tablet. However, in some situations doctors rarely prescribe.

• Tramazide D Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that Tramazide D Tablet does not represent any significant risk to the baby.
Consult a doctor right away if your baby shows signs of sleeping more than usual, difficulty breastfeeding, difficulty breathing or limping.

• Do not drive after taking Tramazide D Tablet, as Tramazide D Tablet may cause side effects such as drowsiness and blurred vision. If this happens, don't drive.

• Tramazide D Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Tramazide D Tablet may be needed in these patients.

• Tramazide D Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Tramazide D Tablet may be needed in these patients.

• If you miss a dose of Tramazide D Tablet, take the missed dose as soon as possible. However, if it is nearing time for the next dose, then skip the missed dose and take it at your regular time. Do not double the dose at the same time.

• Doses of Tramazide D Tablet should be taken with or directly after a meal or snack. To help reduce the risk of stomach upset.

• To relieve dry mouth caused by Tramazide D Tablet, drink water or chew sugar-free gum.

• If you experience nausea after taking Tramazide D Tablet, your doctor may prescribe an antiemetic (anti-sickness medicine).

• Before starting treatment with Tramazide D Tablet, tell your doctor if you have a history of depression or are taking any anti-depressant medication. Consult your doctor if you have symptoms such as agitation, sweating, tremors, hallucinations, fast heart rate, muscle stiffness, twitching, or loss of coordination.
