Zita D 10 Tablet can be taken with or without food, and should be swallowed whole and tablets must not be split, crushed, or chewed before swallowing.

Teneligliptin is a dipeptidyl peptidase 4 (DPP-4) inhibitors. Teneligliptin works by increasing the amount of insulin produced by pancreas. Teneligliptin works by decreasing the hormones that raise blood sugar levels in the pancreas. Teneligliptin lowers your blood sugar level, and controls the amount of glucose in the blood.
Dapagliflozin works by blocking a protein in the kidney Which is called sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 (sglt2) inhibitors. SGLT2 is a protein Which absorbs glucose from the urine into the blood flow as it is filtered into the blood kidney.
By blocking the action of SGLT2, dapagliflozin causes the removal of excess glucose through urine, which reduces the level of glucose in the blood.

Precautions Warnings :-
• Do not take Zita D 10 Tablet, if you are allergic to teneligliptin and dapagliflozin or any of the other ingredients of Zita D 10 Tablet.
• Type 1 Diabetes : Zita D 10 Tablet is not suggested for use in patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus.
