3. Pulmofib 801 Tablet Uses :-
Pulmofib 801 Tablet is used for the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) in adult patients.
IPF ( Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis ) is a condition in which your lung tissue swells and burns over time as a result, making it difficult to breathe deeply and the lungs are hard to function properly. Pirfenidone helps reduce scars and inflammation in the lungs, and helps in better breathing.
4. Pulmofib 801 Tablet Dosage :-
Pulmofib 801 Tablet is prescribed by your doctor.
Pulmofib 801 Tablet can be taken after food, as advised by your doctor.
Take Pulmofib 801 Tablet at the same time daily for the ease of remembering.
Avoid crushing, breaking or chewing the Pulmofib 801 Tablet.
However, it is important to continue taking Pulmofib 801 Tablet even if you feel well. If you stop taking Pulmofib 801 Tablet, your condition may worsen. Do not stop taking Pulmofib 801 Tablet without consulting your doctor.

• Sunburn,
There can be many other side effects as well as some side effects.

7. Precautions & Warnings :-
• Allergy :
Pulmofib 801 Tablet is not recommended for use in patients with a known allergy to Pirfenidone.
• Pregnancy :
Pulmofib 801 Tablet is not recommended for use during pregnancy unless absolutely necessary. Therefore, pregnant women should consult their doctor.
• Breast-feeding :
Use of Pulmofib 801 Tablet during lactation is not recommended. Whether the constituent of Pulmofib 801 Tablet passes into breast milk is yet unknown.
• Liver impairment :
Pulmofib 801 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver problem as Pulmofib 801 Tablet may make your condition worse. Your doctor may suggest tests to closely monitor liver function, if necessary, during treatment with Pulmofib 801 Tablet.
• Kidney impairment :
Pulmofib 801 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease as Pulmofib 801 Tablet may make your condition worse. Your doctor may suggest tests to closely monitor kidney function, if necessary, during treatment with Pulmofib 801 tablets.
• Angioedema :
Patients with angioedema should use Pulmofib 801 Tablet with caution as it may lead to angioedema (a swollen condition under the skin). Use of Pulmofib 801 Tablet is not recommended in a patient with a history of Angioedema as it may worsen your condition.
• Use in pediatrics :
Pulmofib 801 Tablet are not recommended for use in children younger than 18 years of age.
• Alcohol :
The interaction of Pulmofib 801 Tablet with alcohol is unknown. Before consuming alcohol it is advisable to consult your doctor whether it is advisable to consume alcohol while taking Pulmofib 801 Tablet.
• Interaction with Medicine :
Some medicines like Fluvoxamine, Amiodarone, Propafenone, Ciprofloxacin and Enoxacin that may increase the side effects of Pulmofib 801 Tablet.
Certain medications such as omeprazole (used in the treatment of conditions such as indigestion, gastro-oesophageal refluxis) and Rifampicin that may reduce the effects of Pulmofib 801 Tablet.
• Sunlight :
Avoid exposure to sunlight while taking Pulmofib 801 Tablet and do not take certain medications such as tetracycline and doxycycline as these may make them more sensitive to sunlight.
• Grapefruit juice :
• Do not drink grapefruit juice while taking Pulmofib 801 Tablet.
• Smoking :
• People who smoke should stop smoking while taking Pulmofib 801 Tablet. Because smoking reduces the effect of Pulmofib 801 Tablet.
• Driving Vehicles and Operating Machines :
Pulmofib 801 Tablet may cause drowsiness and dizziness in some people. If you experience symptoms of drowsiness and dizziness, avoid activities that require mental focus. Like driving a vehicle and operating heavy machinery.
