Gudcef-CV Dry Syrup is a type of antibiotic medicine. It helps fight bacterial infections of various parts of the body such as ears, nose, throat and sinus, respiratory tract infection urinary tract, skin etc.
Gudcef-CV Dry Syrup is used to treat Typhoid fever in children. This medicine prevents or kills the bacterial infection from multiplying.
Gudcef-CV Dry Syrup helps prevent bacterial infections of the child's body.
Gudcef-CV Dry Syrup will not work in children for infections caused by viruses, including the common cold and flu.

Cefpodoxime is a antibiotics known as 'cephalosporins'. Cefpodoxime is a bactericidal agent.
Cefpodoxime is effective against both gram-positive and gram-negative groups of bacteria. Cefpodoxime works by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis (which is essential for the survival of bacteria). Cefpodoxime helps treat and prevent the spread of bacterial infections by stopping the formation of bacterial cells.
Clavulanic acid -
Clavulanic acid is a beta-lactamase inhibitor. Clavulanic acid enhances the activity of amoxicillin against bacteria. and helps the amoxicillin to function optimally.
Thus, Gudcef-CV Dry Syrup helps to prevent the infections that occur due to bacteria in the body.
