Xsulin 30/70 injection is a used to treat the symptoms of Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. Xsulin may be used alone or with other antidiabetic medicines.Xsulin 30/70 Injection Dosage :-
Xsulin 30/70 injection should be using exactly as prescribed by your doctor.Administer Xsulin 30/70 injection only subcutaneously, such as in the subcutaneous tissue of the abdominal wall, upper arm thigh, or buttocks.

How Dose Xsulin 30/70 Injection Work :-
Xsulin 30/70 injection is a combination of two medicines: Insulin isophane / NPH & Human insulin / Soluble insulin.Insulin isophane/NPH in Xsulin injection has a prolonged action, whereas human insulin/soluble insulin has a rapid onset of action. Xsulin 30/70 injection works by lowering blood sugar by stimulating peripheral glucose uptake by skeletal muscle and fat, and by inhibiting hepatic glucose production. Inhibits proteolysis and insulin lipolysis, and enhances protein synthesis.

Like all medicines, Xsulin 30/70 injection can cause side effects, however not everyone may experience these side effects.Some common side effects like -

• Itching,
• Rash,
• Edema (swelling),

Precautions :-
• Administer Xsulin 30/70 injection only subcutaneously, such as in the subcutaneous tissue of the abdominal wall, upper arm thigh, or buttocks.• Your doctor will tell you the correct way to inject under the skin.
• Do not administer Xsulin 30/70 injection intramuscularly or intravenously.
• Store Xsulin 30/70 injection in a refrigerator (2 - 8 °C). Protect Xsulin from heat and light.
• To reduce the risk of lipodystrophy, move the injection site from one injection to another in the same area.
• Do not mix Xsulin 30/70 injection with any insulin.
• Xsulin 30/70 injection should be taken within 20 minutes after starting a meal or 15 minutes before a meal.
• Disposable needles are for single use; It should be used only once.
• Do not change areas without consulting your doctor. The actual point of injection should be changed every time; The injection sites should be about an inch apart.
• You should never inject Xsulin 30/70 injection into a vein.
• Clean your hands with water or soap and the injection site with alcohol.
• Do not massage the injection site after the injection. Injection sites should be rotated to prevent hard lumps from developing at one site.
• Wipe the rubber stopper on the Xsulin 30/70 injection container with an alcohol swab.
• If you have been checking your blood sugar level regularly, share your results with your doctor as you do the tests.
