Carzomib Injection is used single and in mixture with dexamethasone, daratumumab and dexamethasone, or lenalidomide and dexamethasone to treat people with multiple myeloma (a type of cancer of the bone marrow) who have been already treated with other medications.
Carzomib Injection Dosage :-
Carzomib Injection is a prescription medicine.
Take Carzomib Injection properly as your doctor tells you to take it.
Carzomib Injection comes as a powder to be mixed in liquid to be injected intravenously (into a vein). Carzomib Injection is given by a doctor or nurse in a medical office or clinic commonly over a period of 10 or 30 minutes.
Carzomib Injection can be given 2 days in a row each week for 3 weeks followed by a 12-day rest period or it can be given once a week for 3 weeks followed by a 13-days of rest period.
The duration of treatment will depend on how well your body react to the medication.
Carzomib Injection can cause serious or life-threatening reactions for up to 24 hours after you receive a dose of the medication. You will get certain medications to help cure a reaction before you get each dose of Carzomib Injection.

Be sure to inform your doctor how you are feeling during your treatment. Your doctor can stop your treatment for a while or reduce your dose of Carzomib Injection if you undergo side effects of the medication.

- Shortness of breath,

- Yellowing of the skin and/or eyes (jaundice),
- Headaches, seizures, confusion or loss of sight,
- Pregnancy (women must not take Carzomib Injection if they are pregnant or breastfeeding).
