Polimod Tablet Composition :-
Polimod Tablet consists of : Pidotimod 400 mg.
Pidotimod is an immunostimulant.
Polimod Tablet Uses :-
Polimod Tablet is used for different indications like asthma, bronchitis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and pneumonia.
Polimod Tablet is used to prevent and treat respiratory and urinary tract infection in patients with a compromised immune system.
Polimod Tablet is used along with other mainstream medications in the treatment and prevention of chronic bronchitis, rhinitis, sinusitis, infections of the urinary tract, etc.
Polimod Tablet helps to increase and improve immunity & prevents recurrent viral or bacterial infections in the airways.
Polimod Tablet Dosage :-
Polimod Tablet is a prescription medicine.
Take Polimod Tablet properly as your doctor tells you to take it.
Take Polimod Tablet exactly as directed by your doctor.
Polimod Tablet can be taken with or without food, as ordered by your doctor.
Do not take/administer in more or less quantities than recommended.
Your doctor can recommend Polimod Tablet single or in a combination with other antibiotics.
Do not stop the use of Polimod Tablet without asking your doctor.

Polimod Tablet can interact with many other medicines and can lead to severe adverse effects. Hence, it is suggest that you inform the doctor about all your current medicines including any herbs and supplements before starting treatment with Polimod Tablet.
Kidney diseases :
Polimod Tablet has to be used with caution in patients with kidney diseases due to the increased risk of critical adverse effects. Daily monitoring of kidney function tests is necessary to safely use Polimod Tablet.
Appropriate dose adjustments or replacement with a suitable alternative can be needed in some cases based on the clinical condition.
Diabetes mellitus :
Polimod Tablet must be used with caution in patients with diabetes due to the increased risk of critical adverse effects. Daily monitoring of blood glucose levels is necessary during taking this medicine. Use in children:
Polimod Tablet is not suggested for use in children less than 2 years of age since the safety and efficacy of use are not clinically established. It must be used with caution in patients less than 18 years of age and only under the observation of a qualified doctor.
Driving or operating machinery:
Use of Polimod Tablet can lead to drowsiness in some patients. It is suggest that you should not perform any activities like driving a vehicle or operating machinery if you undergo drowsiness during treatment with Polimod Tablet.
