Complete the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Do not stop taking Pregabalin, Nortriptyline and Methylcobalamin suddenly as this may make your symptoms worse.

Like all medicines, Pregabalin, Nortriptyline and Methylcobalamin can cause side effects, however not everyone may experience these side effects.

• Use Pregabalin, Nortriptyline and Methylcobalamin with medical advice if you have had anticholinergic effects, cardiovascular disease, pheochromocytoma, acute myocardial infarction recovery, cardiovascular disease, depression, seizure disorders, drug dependence, suicidal tendency, angioedema, creatine kinase elevations, peripheral edema, PR interval prolongation, bone marrow suppression, diabetes, renal/liver disease, schizophrenia/bipolar disorder, hyper/hypoglycemia, schizophrenia, thyroid disorders and urinary retention.
