Cetzine Cold Tablet Composition :-

Paracetamol is an antipyretic or analgesic.
Phenylephrine is a decongestant.
Caffeine is a CNS stimulant.
Diphenhydramine is an antihistaminic.

Cetzine Cold Tablet Uses :-

Cetzine Cold Tablet is used for to treat common cold symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, cough, and nasal congestion, etc.

Cetzine Cold Tablet Dosage :-

Take Cetzine Cold Tablet as directed by your doctor.
Cetzine Cold Tablet can be taken after food, and should be swallowed whole and tablets must not be split, crushed, or chewed before swallowing.
Your doctor will decide the dose or duration of Cetzine Cold Tablet based on the severity of your medical condition.

Caffeine is a stimulant. Caffeine is works by blocking the action of certain natural substances (phosphodiesterase or adenosine).
Diphenhydramine :
Diphenhydramine is an antihistaminic, and Diphenhydramine blocks the action of certain chemical messengers that are responsible for congestion, inflammation, itching, or other allergic reactions.
Thus, Cetzine Cold Tablet treats common cold symptoms.

Precautions Warnings :-

• Do not take Cetzine Cold Tablet, if you are allergic to paracetamol, phenylephrine, caffeine and diphenhydramine hydrochloride or any of the other ingredients of Cetzine Cold Tablet.
• Talk to your doctor if You are on other medicines containing paracetamol.
• If You are on other cough or cold medicines.
• If You may have heart disease, vascular disease or liver disease.
• If You may consume tea, coffee or other product containing caffeine.
• Cetzine Cold Tablet may not be used by children below 12 years of age.
• Cetzine Cold Tablet is not recommended if you have depression since it may worsen the symptoms or may result in suicidal behaviour or ideation. You will be closely monitored for any changes in mood or behaviour while taking Cetzine Cold Tablet. Appropriate dose adjustments and replacement with a suitable alternative may be done by your doctor.
• Cetzine Cold Tablet should be used with caution if you have diabetes due to the increased risk of high blood sugars.
• Cetzine Cold Tablet interaction with other medicine such as: Carbamazepine, Linezolid, Phenytoin, Sodium Nitrite, Leflunomide, Prilocaine, Antidiabetic drugs, Monoamine oxidase inhibitor, Antidepressants or Beta blockers etc.
• Cetzine Cold Tablet is not recommended if you have severe kidney problems as it may worsen your kidney condition due to the accumulation of Cetzine Cold Tabletis in the kidneys.
• Cetzine Cold Tablet gets broken down in the liver. Higher doses of Cetzine Cold Tablet may cause liver damage. Therefore, Cetzine Cold Tablet is generally not recommended if you have severe liver problem because it can further increase the risk of liver damage.
• Cetzine Cold Tablet is not recommended for use if you have benign prostatic hyperplasia since taking 5 may cause increased difficulty in passing urine.
• Cetzine Cold Tablet is not recommended if you have cardiovascular disease for prolonged time. It may lead to increased heart rates, low blood pressure, or changes in electrocardiogram. The risk is especially higher in elderly people.
