Aceclo Tablet Composition :-

Aceclo Tablet consists of : Aceclofenac 100 mg.
• Aceclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID).

Aceclo Tablet Uses :-

Aceclo Tablet is a painkiller. It give relief from pain, stiffness, and swelling due to many different conditions related to your bone and joints. Aceclo Tablet is also used to give relief from headache, toothaches, backaches, menstrual pain, menstrual cramps (dysmenorrhea), sprains, and strains.
Aceclo Tablet works by stoping the release of a chemical substance that give rise to pain and swelling in your body.
Rheumatoid arthritis is a condition in which your body's immune system attacks the small joints and damages them. It can lead to swelling, pain, and stiffness of joints. Aceclo Tablet is used to relieve pain and swelling due to rheumatoid arthritis.
• Osteoarthritis :
Osteoarthritis is a joint disorder characterized by tender and painful joints. It take place when the protective cartilage that acts as a cushion between two ends of bones wears down. Aceclo Tablet is used to relieve pain and stiffness because of this condition.
• Ankylosing Spondylitis :
Ankylosing spondylitis is a painful condition that take place when bones of the vertebra (the small bones of the spine) fuse together which lead to stiffness, pain, and alteration in body posture. Aceclo Tablet is used to relieve stiffness and pain (mostly in the lower back, hip, and pelvis) connected with this condition.
• Mild to moderate pain : Aceclo Tablet provides relief from mild to moderate pain.

Aceclo Tablet Dosage :-

Aceclo Tablet is a prescription medicine, and should be take as directed by your doctor.
Aceclo Tablet should be taken with food, and should be swallowed whole with a glass of water. 
Do not chew, bite or break Aceclo Tablet.
Your doctor will suggest you on how frequently you take your tablets based on your medical condition. 
You should take it daily as suggested by your doctor. 
Your doctor can change the dose and time between doses according to your pain level and your needs.
Do not take more or use it for a longer duration than prescribed by your doctor.

Aceclo Tablet Side-effects :-

Like all medicines, Aceclo Tablet can cause side effects, however not everyone may experience these side effects. Some side-effect of Aceclo Tablet : 
• Nausea,
• Vomiting,
• Dizziness,
• Heartburn,
• Stomach pain,
• Diarrhea,
All these are not the possible side effects of Aceclo Tablet.
Most of these side effects are short term and get resolved with time. Although, if any of these side effects do not resolve with time or get poor, take a doctor's consultation as soon as possible.

How Aceclo Tablet Works :-

Aceclo Tablet is a combination of three drugs : Aceclofenac.
Aceclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). Aceclofenac stops the release of a chemical which is known as prostaglandins, responsible for pain and swelling.
Thus, Aceclo Tablet provides relief from pain and makes you feel better.

Precautions & Warnings :-

• Aceclo Tablet is not suggested for use if you are allergic to it. Notify your doctor if you have high blood pressure or high cholesterol levels.
• Use Aceclo Tablet with caution if you have heart, liver, and/or any kidney problems.
• Aceclo Tablet is not suggested in children below 18 years of age as the safety and efficacy data is not established.
• Ask your doctor if you are pregnant or are breastfeeding before taking Aceclo Tablet.
• Do not take Aceclo Tablet if you are allergic to it. Critical allergic reactions to this medicine are rare. So, seek immediate medical attention if you observe any symptoms like skin rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness, breathing difficulty, etc.
• Asthma is a condition in which your airways narrow and lead to breathing difficulty. Aceclo Tablet is not suggested for use if you have a history of asthma after taking NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines like paracetamol, ibuprofen, aspirin, etc.).
• Peptic ulcers are sores on the lining of your stomach and intestine. It may further cause bleeding in the stomach and intestine. The symptoms are blood in stools/vomit, black coloured stool, and cramps in the stomach. Aceclo Tablet is not suggested for use if you have active or a history of repetitive peptic ulcers and bleeding as it can worsen your condition.
• Aceclo Tablet is not suggestef for use if you have serious liver or kidney problems. Aceclo Tablet can further damage your liver or kidneys and worsen your condition.
• Aceclo Tablet is not suggested for use during pregnancy mostly in the third trimester (last 3 months) as it can harm your foetus. During the first 6 months of pregnancy, Aceclo Tablet should only be used upon your doctor's consultation.
• It is not known if Aceclo Tablet passes into breastmilk. So Aceclo Tablet is not suggested for use while breastfeeding. If required, Aceclo Tablet should only be used upon your doctor's consultation.
• Do not lengthen the use of a high dose of Aceclo Tablet if you have pre-existing heart conditions such as heart failure (a condition in which your heart is unable to pump a sufficient amount of blood), ischaemic heart diseases (heart problems due to narrowing of the blood vessels that supply oxygen to the heart), etc. Aceclo Tablet can give rise to fluid retention (abnormal build-up of fluid in the body) and also increase the risk of a heart attack. Ask your doctor before taking Aceclo Tablet.
• Aceclo Tablet can lead to skin allergies in some cases. If you notice any symptoms like rashes, hives (itchy and painful eruption), or other allergic symptoms, consult your doctor immediately.
• Aceclo Tablet is not suggestef for use in children below 18 years of age as the safety and efficacy data is not established.
• Aceclo Tablet can lead to sleepiness, blurred vision, or dizziness in some cases. Do not driving vehicles or operate heavy machines if you experience such symptoms after taking Aceclo Tablet.
• Aceclo Tablet can extend the blood clotting time and increase the risk of bleeding. So, use Aceclo Tablet with caution if you have bleeding or clotting defects like haemophilia (a condition that affects the body's ability to form a proper blood clot), vitamin K deficiency, and hypoprothrombinemia (deficiency of blood clotting substance).
• Use Aceclo Tablet with caution if you have liver problems as Aceclo Tablet is broken down in your liver. So, it can give rise to the accumulation of the medicine and increase the risk of side effects. It can also lead to further liver damage. Your doctor can recommend tests to monitor your liver functions and liver enzyme levels while taking Aceclo Tablet.
• Systemic lupus erythematosus is a condition in which your own immune system attacks your body. This may affect the skin, joints, kidneys, lungs, brain, etc. The symptoms are skin rash, joint pain, and tiredness. Use Aceclo Tablet with caution if you have systemic lupus erythematosus as it can further worsen your condition.
• Do not prolong the use of Aceclo Tablet as it can cause damage to your stomach and intestine. Conditions such as bleeding, ulceration (sores in the lining of your stomach and intestine), and perforation (holes that form in the walls of the stomach and intestine) can occur. If you experience symptoms such as indigestionvomit with blood, or appearance of coffee coloured dry blood in the stools, etc. Talk to your doctor immediately.
• Prolonged use of high doses of Aceclo Tablet may laed to kidney problems. So, use Aceclo Tablet cautiously if you have mild to moderate kidney problems. Your doctor can recommend tests to closely monitor your kidney function while taking Aceclo Tablet.
