Ketorolac Tromethamine and Moxifloxacin is prescribed for the treatment of bacterial infections of the eye.

Ketorolac Tromethamine and Moxifloxacin Composition :-

Ketorolac 0.5% w/v and Moxifloxacin 0.5% w/v combination medicine for opthalmic use only.

Ketorolac Tromethamine and Moxifloxacin Uses :

Moxicip KT Eye is an antibiotic or anti-inflammatory medicine. Ketorolac Tromethamine and Moxifloxacin is used for the bacterial infections of the eye. Ketorolac Tromethamine and Moxifloxacins is also effective in treating the symptoms of redness, pain, or swelling that may occur after corneal refractive surgery orcataract surgery.

Ketorolac Tromethamine and Moxifloxacin Dosage :-

Ketorolac Tromethamine and Moxifloxacin is a prescription medicine, for external/opthalmic use.
Ketorolac Tromethamine and Moxifloxacin dose or duration and treatment will be decided by your doctor. Ketorolac Tromethamine and Moxifloxacin should normally be used twice a day (in the morning and the evening).
Complete the prescribed treatment of Ketorolac Tromethamine and Moxifloxacin.

Ketorolac Tromethamine and Moxifloxacin Side-effects :-

Like all medicines, Ketorolac Tromethamine and Moxifloxacin can cause side effects, however not everyone may experience these side effect.
• Eye irritation,
• Eye pain,
• Dry eye,
• Eye discomfort,
• Eye swelling,
• Blurred vision,
Most of these side effects are short term and get resolved with time. Although, if any of these side effects do not resolve with time or get poor, take a doctor's consultation as soon as possible.

How Ketorolac Tromethamine and Moxifloxacin Works :

Ketorolac :
Ketorolac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID).
Ketorolac works by reducing the formation of certain chemical substances in the body that are responsible for pain and inflammation.
Moxifloxacin is a quinolone antibiotics.
Moxifloxacin stops the growth of bacteria.
Thus, Ketorolac Tromethamine and Moxifloxacin treats bacterial infections of the eye.

Precautions & Warnings :-

• Avoid using Ketorolac Tromethamine and Moxifloxacin if you are allergic to ketorolac and moxifloxacin.
• Rinse your hands first before applying Ketorolac Tromethamine and Moxifloxacin Do not touch the dropper tip or let it touch your eye or any other surface to avoid contamination,
• After applying Ketorolac Tromethamine and Moxifloxacin, close your eyes, and place one finger at the corner of your eye. Put on gentle pressure for 1 to 2 minutes before opening your eyes. 
• This will cure the medication from draining out. Do not blink or rub your eye.
Avoid wearing contact lenses till your symptoms are completely gone.
• Ketorolac Tromethamine and Moxifloxacin interaction with other medicine such as : Dexamethasone Prednisolone and Loteprednol.
• Eye infections can cause your eyes to become more sensitive to sunlight than normal. Wearing sunglasses can help to cure this. 
• Along with using Ketorolac Tromethamine and Moxifloxacin, give warm compress to your eyes to get releive from itching and burning sensation.
• Take care to avoid spreading the infection from one eye to the other, and to other members of your family. Wash your hands daily (particularly after touching your eyes) and do not share your towels or pillows. This will help to cure the infection from spreading.

• Bleeding disorders are a group of conditions that cause prolonged bleeding and an inability to properly clot blood. Ketorolac Tromethamine and Moxifloxacins can get absorbed into the body which may rarely cause a long-term bleeding. Therefore, because of the increased risk of bleeding, there are active bleeding disorders, Ketorolac Tromethamine and Moxifloxacins should be used with caution.
