Moxifloxacin and Dexamethasone Composition :-
Moxifloxacin 0.5% w/v and Dexamethasone 0.1% w/v for opthalmic use only.
Moxifloxacin and Dexamethasone Uses :
Moxifloxacin and Dexamethasone is an antibiotic and steroid combination medicine. Moxifloxacin and Dexamethasone is used to treat inflammation associated with bacterial eye infections. Moxifloxacin and Dexamethasone is also used to bacterial infections and prevent swelling that may occur after an eye surgery.
Moxifloxacin and Dexamethasone stops the growth of bacteria and helps in relieving itching, swelling or redness.
Moxifloxacin and Dexamethasone Dosage :-
Moxifloxacin and Dexamethasone is a prescription medicine, for external/opthalmic use.
Moxifloxacin and Dexamethasone dose or duration and treatment will be decided by your doctor.
If you miss a dose of Moxifloxacin and Dexamethasone, use it as soon as you remember. So, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
Complete the prescribed treatment of Moxifloxacin and Dexamethasone.

Like all medicines, Moxifloxacin and Dexamethasone can cause side effects, however not everyone may experience these side effect.

Precautions & Warnings :-
• Avoid using if you are allergic to moxifloxacin and dexamethasone.
• Moxifloxacin and Dexamethasone interaction with other medicine such as : Ketorolac, Bromfenac, Flurbiprofen, and Diclofenac.
• Notify your doctor if you have any other eye problems, or are getting any other medicines in your eyes.
• Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, or lactating before using Moxifloxacin and Dexamethasone.
• Moxifloxacin and Dexamethasone does not treat eye infection caused by fungus or virus.
• If you have glaucoma or high intraocular pressure, Moxifloxacin and Dexamethasone should be used with caution as it may worsen your condition.
• Avoid wearing contact lenses if you have an eye infection.
