Pyrigesic Tablet Composition :-
Pyrigesic Tablet consists of : Paracetamol 500 mg.

Pyrigesic Tablet Uses :-
Pyrigesic Tablet is a analgesics or antipyretics. Pyrigesic Tablet is used for the treatment of fever, and also provides relief from headache, backache, musculoskeletal pain, toothache, nerve pain, etc. associated with/without fever.
Pyrigesic Tablet works by decreasing the intensity of pain signals to the brain. Paracetamol inhibits the release of prostaglandins, which cause pain, and an increase in body temperature.
Pyrigesic Tablet Dosage :-
Pyrigesic Tablet is a prescription medicine, and should be take as directed by your doctor.
Pyrigesic Tablet should be taken with food.
Dosage adults and children 12 years and older 1 tablet per day for 4-6 hours, and minimum dosing interval 4 hours. Do not exceed dose or use without medical advice beyond 3 days.
Your doctor will suggest you on how frequently you take your tablets based on your medical condition.
You should take it daily as suggested by your doctor.
Do not take more or use it for a longer duration than prescribed by your doctor.
Pyrigesic Tablet Side-effects :-
Like all medicines, Pyrigesic Tablet can cause side effects, however not everyone may experience these side effects. Some side-effect of Pyrigesic Tablet :
• Nausea,
• Vomiting,
• Stomach pain,
• Diarrhea,
All these are not the possible side effects of Pyrigesic Tablet.
Most of these side effects are short term and get resolved with time. Although, if any of these side effects do not resolve with time or get poor, take a doctor's consultation as soon as possible.

Precautions & Warnings :-
• Pyrigesic Tablet is not suggested for use if you are allergic to paracetamol.
• Pyrigesic Tablet use is not recommended for long-term use that results in kidney damage due to the pain killers.
• Pyrigesic Tablet is not suggested for use if you have severe liver problems. Pyrigesic Tablet can further damage your liver and worsen your condition.
• Pyrigesic Tablet interaction with other medicine such as: Carbamazepine, Leflunomide and Phenytoin, etc.
• Consumption of Pyrigesic Tablet along with alcohol is not advised as it may cause liver damage. If you experience any symptoms of liver injury like fever, vomiting, fatigue, dark urine, rash, nausea, jaundice, etc, consult your doctor immediately.
• Ask your doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy, or are breastfeeding before taking Pyrigesic Tablet.
