LFA-1 antagonist
LFA-1 (lymphocyte function-associated) antagonists are used to treat dry eyes. LFA-1 antagonists work by blocking the interaction of certain proteins with white blood cells, as well as suppressing the immune response that causes dry eyes and irritation.
