Denosumab blocks certain receptors in the tumor cells, thereby treating giant cell tumors of the bone (GCTB), and reducing/slowing down tumor growth. Thus, Denorange Injection helps to treat high calcium levels by reducing the breakdown of bones. Denosumab makes bones stronger and less likely to break.
