Cefpodoxime is effective against both gram-positive and gram-negative groups of bacteria. Cefpodoxime works by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis (which is essential for the survival of bacteria). Cefpodoxime helps treat and prevent the spread of bacterial infections by stopping the formation of bacterial cells.
Thus, Cedon Dry Syrup helps to prevent the infections that occur due to bacteria in the body.
