Cefpodoxime works by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis (which is essential for the survival of bacteria). Cefpodoxime helps treat and prevent the spread of bacterial infections by stopping the formation of bacterial cells.
Clavulanic acid -
Clavulanic acid is a beta-lactamase inhibitor. Clavulanic acid enhances the activity of amoxicillin against bacteria. and helps the amoxicillin to function optimally.
