Gifaxin 400 Tablet Uses :

Gifaxin 400 Tablet is an antibiotic. Gifaxin 400 Tablet is used to treat bacterial infections. Gifaxin 400 Tablet is used to treat traveller's diarrhoea (an intestinal infection that happens as a result of eating contaminated food or drinking contaminated water while travelling) which is caused due to E. coli bacteria. Gifaxin 400 Tablet works by stopping the growth of bacteria.

Gifaxin 400 Tablet Dosage :-

Gifaxin 400 Tablet is a prescription medicine. Gifaxin 400 Tablet can be taken with or without food, as advised by your doctor.
Gifaxin 400 Tablet dose or duration and treatment will be decided by your doctor.
It is better to take Gifaxin 400 Tablet at a fixed time every day.
If you miss a dose of Gifaxin 400 Tablet, take Gifaxin 400 Tablet as soon as you remember.

• Gifaxin 400 Tablet can give rise to diarrhoea because it can also kill the helpful bacteria in your stomach or intestine. Tell your doctor if you undergo critical diarrhoea while taking Gifaxin 400 Tablet.
• Antibiotic resistance take place when bacteria develop the capacity to defeat the medicine that was intended to kill them. So, finish your full course of treatment with Gifaxin 400 Tablet even if your condition gets better after a few doses to avoid antibiotic resistance.
• Gifaxin 400 Tablet can give rise to dizziness. So, avoid driving vehicles or operating machines if you feel dizzy after taking Gifaxin 400 Tablet.
