Xpain Plus 8 Tablet Uses :-

Xpain Plus 8 Tablet is a used for relieving muscular pain.
Xpain Plus 8 Tablet also used for the treatment of pain and inflammation associated with rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis.
Xpain Plus 8 Tablet works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause inflammation,pain and fever, and improves the movement of muscles and provides relief from pain and discomfort.

Xpain Plus 8 Tablet Dosage :-

Xpain Plus 8 Tablet is a prescription medicine, and should be take as directed by your doctor.
Xpain Plus 8 Tablet should be taken with food.
Xpain Plus 8 Tablet should be swallowed whole with a glass of water.

Xpain Plus 8 Tablet is a combination of three drugs : Aceclofenac, Thiocolchicoside & Paracetamol.
Aceclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). Aceclofenac works by decresing the formation of specific substances in the body that causes pain and swelling.
Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant. Its works by interacting with particular specific receptors in the central nervous system (brain).
Paracetamol :
Paracetamol/Acetaminophen is a analgesics or antipyretics. Paracetamol helps in decresing the signals responsible for fever and pain
Thus, Xpain Plus 8 Tablet treats muscular pain.

Precautions & Warnings :-

•Avoid taking Xpain Plus 8 Tablet if you are allergic to aceclofenac, thiocolchicoside & paracetamol. Critical allergic reactions to Xpain Plus 8 Tablet are rare. However, take immediate medical attention if you notice any symptoms of serious allergic reactions such as skin rash, itching/swelling, severe dizziness and breathing difficulty, etc.
• Peptic ulcers are sores on the lining of your stomach and intestine. It cab further cause bleeding in the stomach and intestine. The symptoms are blood in stools/vomit, black coloured stool, and cramps in the stomach. Xpain Plus 8 Tablet is not suggested for use if you have active or a history of peptic ulcers and bleeding as it can worsen your condition.
• Xpain Plus 8 Tablet is not suggested for use if you have severe liver or kidney problems. Xpain Plus 8 Tablet can further damage your liver or kidneys and worsen your condition.
• Asthma is a condition in which your airways narrow and lead to difficulty in breathing. Xpain Plus 8 Tablet is not suggested for use if you have a history of asthma after taking NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines like Paracetamol, Ibuprofen and Aspirin etc). 
• Xpain Plus 8 Tablet is not suggested for use during pregnancy as it can harm your foetus.
• Xpain Plus 8 Tablet is not suggested for use while breastfeeding as it can pass into breastmilk. So, talk to your doctor if you are breastfeeding before taking Xpain Plus 8 Tablet.
• Xpain Plus 8 Tablet can interact with other medicines and cause undesired side effects. So, inform your doctor about all your current medicines including any herbs and supplements before starting treatment with Xpain Plus 8 Tablet.
• Xpain Plus 8 Tablet can give rise to dizziness and sleepiness. Do not drive or operate machines if you experience such symptoms after taking Xpain Plus 8 Tablet.
