Covid-19 JN.1 Strain – Symptoms, Treatment and Precautions
About Covid-19 JN.1 Strain :-
The J.1 variant is a subtype of Omicron virus. A new coronavirus subvariant J.1 originated from Omicron virus.
The J.1 variant was discovered by the Indian SARS-CoV-2 Genomics Consortium through routine monitoring of Covid-19 testing samples. The J.1 variant is still being studied, but the J.1 variant is not a significant cause for concern as it causes only mild symptoms. Most of the patients infected with J.1 variant virus have recovered rapidly.
People who have had Covid-19 infection or have received a Covid-19 vaccine are again susceptible to the J.1 variant. There is little hope of the death rate increasing due to the J variant of Covid-19.
