Tenvir-EM tablet belongs to a group of drugs called antiretrovirals. Tenof EM tablet are prescribed for the treatment of HIV -1 infection in adults.

Tenvir-EM tablet Uses :-

Treatment of HIV-1 infection -

Tenvir-EM tablet is used to treat HIV-1 infection.

HIV-1 pre-exposure prophylaxis -

Tenvir-EM tablet is used as a treatment combining safe sex practices for pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) to reduce the risk of sexually acquired HIV-1 in adults.

Tenvir-EM tablet is used alone or in combination with other antiretroviral agents.

Tenvir-EM tablet work by slowing down the spread of HIV in the body.

Individuals must have a negative HIV-1 test for HIV-1 PrEP immediately prior to starting the Tenvir-EM tablet.

Emtricitabine is a nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor.

Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate is a nucleotide analog.
