About Weakness:

Energy and agility are required to do any work. Many times it happens that when we sit down to do some work, we start feeling tired. This fatigue is due to lack of energy. We call this tiredness a weakness.
In a state of weakness, a person's body feels tired due to lack of energy.
There is a lack of energy and strength in the muscles of the body, due to which weakness is felt in the whole body.

Weakness Type:

There are two types of weakness such as:

Objective Weakness :

Fatigue caused by lack of energy in the body is called objective weakness.

Subjective Weakness:

One reason for weakness is lack of energy or strength in the body, but many times a person experiences weakness even after having energy and sufficient strength. This is called subjective weakness.

Reasons for weakness:

There are many reasons for weakness in the body. Some common causes of weakness are:

• Due to excessive work :

To keep our body healthy, we should keep doing some daily exercises day by day. Along with this, there are many small and big tasks that we have to do throughout the day. It is a good thing to do them, but if they are overdone then they can become a cause of trouble. Excessive exercise or work causes weakness.

• Due to lack of nutrition :

Weakness results from a drop in the energy level in the body. If a person does not take care of his diet and does not take enough nutrition, then it can give rise to weakness.

• Causes of constipation :

Correct metabolic activities are essential for health. Sometimes when the food is not digested properly, then there is a problem of constipation. Due to the problem of constipation, there is not only pain in the stomach, but there is a lack of energy and tiredness is felt in the whole body. Thus constipation also becomes a reason for weakness.

• Causes of multiple sclerosis :

If there is a problem in a person's brain and spinal cord, then it can give rise to the problem of multiple sclerosis. This is a condition that can cause weakness to a person.

• Due to thyroid :

When the thyroid gland of the body becomes more active than necessary, then it starts producing thyroid hormone in excess. This can increase the level of thyroid in the body which causes weakness.

Apart from this, due to some other weaknesses such as:

• Weakness of the muscles of the legs and pelvis due to a hereditary disease called Becker muscular dystrophy.
• Dermatomyositis is a muscle disease characterized by inflammation of the body and a skin rash. This also makes the body weak, that is, it also causes weakness.
• Weakness is experienced when there is a lack of oxygen in our body.
• People suffering from diabetes also become a victim of weakness.
• People suffering from many diseases such as polio and cancer also face vulnerability.
• People doing extreme dieting also complain of weakness.
• Apart from this, weakness is also experienced due to mental stress, lack of water, being hungry for a long time and flu or fever.

Symptoms of weakness:

• feeling a severe lack of energy in the body,
• shortness of breath,
• Getting nervous before doing any work,
• Persistent pain in any part of the body,
• dizzy,
• to pass away,
• feeling vibrations in the body,
• excessive sleepiness but not enough sleep,

Prevention or treatment of weakness:

• Consume nutritious food, so that the energy level in the body can be maintained balanced.
• Take nutritious diet, from which we can get sufficient amount of energy.
• Eat fruits and vegetables regularly. Include fruit and vegetable juices in your morning breakfast.
• Eat apple and pomegranate regularly.
• Drink enough water. Because it is necessary to consume enough water to keep all the organs of the body functioning smoothly. 
• Always take adequate diet when you feel weak, and you need to get your health checked regularly. It is possible that the cause of this weakness may be some disease which may take a dangerous form in the future. Therefore, in case of weakness, tell your problem to the doctor and get it checked.
• If you have depression, anxiety or any other mental health problem, do not ignore it. Pay attention to mental health and consult a psychologist to solve problems related to mental health.
• Discard negative thoughts. Meditate regularly. This leads to a drop in the level of depression. You can also listen to your favorite song. Along with this, do those things that make you happy. With this, you will get rid of various problems related to mental health and you will not have to face weakness or low energy.
• Take adequate amount of sleep, ie it is necessary to take at least 7-8 hours of sleep daily. If a person does not get 7-8 hours of sleep, then the person feels tired and weak. Our brain needs rest. This need of the brain is fulfilled by getting enough sleep.
• Ignore Junk Food
Nowadays people have started including junk food, cold drinks and spicy things in their diet. People have become so fond of junk food that they do not even think about its disadvantages. Actually consuming junk food regularly can be very dangerous for health.
Junk food contains excessive amount of calories which can lead to many diseases in the body. Along with this, the oil and spices present in junk food increase the level of fat in the body. Due to these, there can be a feeling of low energy due to which the person feels weak. To avoid all these problems, it is better that we ignore junk food and include only those things in our diet from which we get nutrition.
